SnoopGuard («ضد المتطفلين») is an app for iPhone and Android made by YAZ Production Company ("we"). This policy explains what the app stores, where, and why. Contact: support@getsnoopguard.com.

What stays on your phone

• Apps you protect. On iPhone, you choose them in Apple's Screen Time picker, and Apple gives the app only anonymous tokens, so we cannot see which apps they are. On Android, the list is stored only on the device.
• Your PIN and recovery key. Stored only on your phone as salted hashes (iPhone Keychain; Android encrypted storage). We never receive them.
• Snooping log. The date, time and time zone of each attempt, its type (protected app opened, Close pressed, wrong PIN) and the number of wrong PINs.
• Notifications are created on your phone, not sent through our servers.

If you choose to sign in

The account is optional (Sign in with Apple or Google on iPhone, Google on Android). If you sign in, we store the following in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Dammam region, me-central2), linked to your account and used only to make the app work:

Your PIN, recovery key and the list of apps you protect are never uploaded. We don't sell or share this data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Permissions

On Android, SnoopGuard asks for Usage Access (to know when a protected app opens), "Display over other apps" (to show the lock screen), notifications (to show that protection is on) and starting at boot (to resume a running session). On iPhone it asks for Screen Time access and notifications. These are used only for the features described here.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We don't receive your payment details.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes its data from your phone. To delete your account and all synced data, use Settings › Account › Delete account in the app, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.

Children

SnoopGuard is meant for adults and is not directed at children.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.

ما يبقى على جوالك

• التطبيقات التي تحميها. في آيفون تختارها من أداة «مدة استخدام الجهاز» من آبل، ولا تعطي آبل التطبيق إلا رموزًا مجهولة، فلا نعرف ما هي. وفي أندرويد تُحفظ القائمة على الجهاز فقط.
• رمزك ومفتاح الاستعادة. يُحفظان على جوالك فقط بصيغة مشفّرة غير قابلة للاسترجاع. لا نستلمهما أبدًا.
• سجل التطفل. تاريخ كل محاولة ووقتها ومنطقتها الزمنية، ونوعها (فتح تطبيق محمي، ضغط «إغلاق»، رمز خاطئ)، وعدد الرموز الخاطئة.
• الإشعارات محلية تُنشأ على جوالك، ولا تمر عبر خوادمنا.

إن اخترت تسجيل الدخول

الحساب اختياري (Apple أو Google في آيفون، وGoogle في أندرويد). عند تسجيل الدخول نحفظ ما يلي في Google Firebase (منطقة الدمام me-central2)، مرتبطًا بحسابك ولتشغيل التطبيق فقط:

رمزك ومفتاح الاستعادة وقائمة التطبيقات المحمية لا تُرفع أبدًا. ولا نبيع هذه البيانات ولا نشاركها ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.

الأذونات

في أندرويد يطلب التطبيق إذن «الوصول للاستخدام» (لمعرفة متى يُفتح تطبيق محمي)، و«الظهور فوق التطبيقات» (لعرض شاشة القفل)، والإشعارات (لإظهار أن الحماية تعمل)، والتشغيل عند الإقلاع (لاستئناف جلسة جارية). وفي آيفون يطلب إذن «مدة استخدام الجهاز» والإشعارات. وتُستخدم فقط للمزايا الموضحة هنا.

المشتريات

تتم الاشتراكات عبر آبل أو جوجل، ولا نستلم أي بيانات دفع.

حذف بياناتك

حذف التطبيق يزيل بياناته من جوالك. ولحذف حسابك وكل بياناته المتزامنة استخدم الإعدادات › الحساب › حذف الحساب داخل التطبيق، أو اتبع الخطوات في صفحة حذف الحساب.

الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه للبالغين وليس للأطفال.

التعديلات

إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة سنحدّث هذه الصفحة والتاريخ أعلاه.

By using SnoopGuard you agree to these terms. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement (EULA) also applies to the iPhone app, and Google Play's terms apply to the Android app.

1. What SnoopGuard does

SnoopGuard helps you keep apps on your own phone private. It is a deterrent, not a guarantee: someone with your phone's passcode or full access to its settings may be able to turn protection off. Keep your phone's passcode private too.

2. Use it on your own phone

Use SnoopGuard only on a device you own or are allowed to manage. Don't use it to monitor, track or control another person.

3. Your PIN and recovery key

You are responsible for keeping your PIN and recovery key safe. We never receive them and cannot recover them for you.

4. Subscriptions

• Premium costs 12 SAR per month or 99 SAR per year, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices may vary by country and include applicable taxes as shown by the store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

5. Availability

Features depend on what Apple and Google allow, and can change when their systems change. We'll do our best to keep SnoopGuard working and to tell you about important changes.

6. Liability

SnoopGuard is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for access to your phone by others.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

١. ما يقدّمه التطبيق

يساعدك التطبيق على إبقاء تطبيقات جوالك خاصة. وهو وسيلة ردع وليس ضمانًا مطلقًا: من يملك رمز فتح جوالك أو صلاحية كاملة على إعداداته قد يستطيع إيقاف الحماية. فاحرص على سرية رمز جوالك أيضًا.

٢. الاستخدام على جوالك فقط

استخدم التطبيق فقط على جهاز تملكه أو مخوَّل بإدارته، ولا تستخدمه لمراقبة شخص آخر أو تتبّعه أو التحكم به.

٣. رمزك ومفتاح الاستعادة

أنت مسؤول عن حفظ رمزك ومفتاح الاستعادة. نحن لا نستلمهما ولا نستطيع استرجاعهما لك.

٤. الاشتراكات

• بريميوم بسعر ١٢ ر.س شهريًا أو ٩٩ ر.س سنويًا، مع تجربة مجانية ٣ أيام للمشتركين الجدد. قد تختلف الأسعار حسب الدولة وتشمل الضرائب كما يعرضها المتجر.
• يُخصم المبلغ من حسابك في آبل أو جوجل عند تأكيد الشراء أو عند انتهاء التجربة.
• يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم يُلغَ قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بـ ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل.
• تدير اشتراكك أو تلغيه من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر، وتخضع المبالغ المستردة لسياسات آبل أو جوجل.

٥. توفر الخدمة

تعتمد المزايا على ما تتيحه آبل وجوجل، وقد تتغير بتغيّر أنظمتهما. سنبذل جهدنا لإبقاء التطبيق يعمل وإبلاغك بالتغييرات المهمة.

٦. المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». وفي حدود ما يسمح به النظام، لسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو عن وصول الآخرين إلى جوالك.

٧. النظام الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

You only have an account if you signed in with Apple or Google in the app. Deleting it removes your account and everything synced to it. It doesn't cancel a subscription; cancel that in the App Store or Google Play.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open SnoopGuard and enter your PIN.
2. Go to Settings › Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again.

Ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app, email us from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my SnoopGuard account". We'll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account ID, email and name
• All linked devices
• Your synced snooping log

Nothing is kept after deletion. Data still on your phone (your PIN, protected apps and local log) stays there until you delete the app.

يكون لديك حساب فقط إذا سجّلت الدخول بـ Apple أو Google داخل التطبيق. حذفه يزيل حسابك وكل ما تمت مزامنته معه، ولا يلغي الاشتراك؛ ألغِه من App Store أو Google Play.

1. افتح التطبيق وأدخل رمزك.
2. اذهب إلى الإعدادات › الحساب.
3. اضغط «حذف الحساب» وأكّد. قد يُطلب منك تسجيل الدخول مجددًا.

اطلب منا حذفه

إن لم يعد التطبيق لديك، راسلنا من البريد المرتبط بحسابك بعنوان «حذف حسابي في ضد المتطفلين»، وسنحذفه خلال ٣٠ يومًا ونرد عليك بالتأكيد.

ما الذي يُحذف

• معرّف حسابك وبريدك واسمك
• كل الأجهزة المرتبطة
• سجل التطفل المتزامن

لا يُحتفظ بأي شيء بعد الحذف. أما البيانات الموجودة على جوالك (رمزك والتطبيقات المحمية والسجل المحلي) فتبقى حتى تحذف التطبيق.

When you write, please include

• Your phone model and iOS or Android version
• What you expected and what happened
• A screenshot, if you can (never include your PIN or recovery key)

Quick fixes

• The lock doesn't appear on Android: check that Usage Access and "Display over other apps" are on for SnoopGuard, and that battery optimization isn't stopping it.
• The privacy screen disappeared on iPhone: check Settings › Screen Time › Apps with Screen Time Access and make sure SnoopGuard is on.
• No siren on iPhone: turn off the silent switch and Focus, and allow SnoopGuard's notifications with sound.
• Premium isn't active: use Restore purchases in SnoopGuard's settings, signed in to the same Apple or Google account.

حلول سريعة

• القفل لا يظهر في أندرويد: تأكد من تفعيل «الوصول للاستخدام» و«الظهور فوق التطبيقات» للتطبيق، وأن تحسين البطارية لا يوقفه.
• اختفت شاشة الخصوصية في آيفون: افتح الإعدادات › مدة استخدام الجهاز › التطبيقات التي لديها وصول، وتأكد أن التطبيق مفعّل.
• لا صافرة في آيفون: أوقف الصامت ووضع التركيز، واسمح بإشعارات التطبيق مع الصوت.
• بريميوم غير مفعّل: استخدم «استعادة المشتريات» في إعدادات التطبيق، بنفس حساب آبل أو جوجل.
